Location: in the heart of the Gràcia district, near the metro stop Joanic and just moments from one of the city's traditional markets and John Lennon Square. You can reach Plaza Catalunya in 20 minutes by Metro.

Room facilities: apartment building with one and two bedroom apartments. Apartments have one or two bedrooms and some have a sofa bed in the living room. All have a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine.

Standard Apartment: 30m² street-facing loft-style apartments situated on the mezzanine floor of the building. Bright and airy open-plan apartment divided into a fully-equipped kitchen, living area, bedroom area and bathroom. Standard apartments can accommodate two people in a double bed. Each apartment is air conditioned and features free WiFi and a flat-screen satellite TV.

Executive Apartment: 45m² street-facing apartments comprising a living and dining area combined with a fully-equipped kitchen, double room with bathroom, a second bedroom with twin beds and a second bathroom. The living area has two small balconies which overlook Milà i Fontanals Street. Executive apartments can accommodate four people.

Deluxe Apartment: 55m² street-facing apartments comprising a living and dining area with sofa bed, separate fully-equipped kitchen, double room with bathroom, a second bedroom and a second bathroom. The living area has two small balconies which overlook Puigmartí Street. The Deluxe apartments can accommodate up to 5 people, divided into a room with a double bed, a second room with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room.

Deluxe Apartment with Terrace: 42m² street-facing apartments comprising a living and dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, double room with bathroom, a second bedroom with twin beds and a second bathroom. Each apartment has a 41m² private terrace. Deluxe Terrace apartments can accommodate four people.
