Welcome to this cozy apartment on the beach of Gandía. This coastal property can comfortably accommodate 5 people. The large 10,5m2, furnished balcony is the ideal place to enjoy lunch and dinner with family and friends. It has awnings, making the property’s privacy partial. The cool furnished living room is ideal to rest and relax watching TV or reading a good book. The cozy and furnished dining room is in the same area as the living room and there, you can enjoy sharing meals with your loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook up a feast, including electric stove. The property has 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them have 1 double bed, and 1 with 1 single bed. All rooms have a fan, a heater (there is a total of 3 fans and 4 radiators in the house), a wardrobe and you have access to 1 crib for the little ones. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, 1 shower and 1 toilet. In the common areas of the property there are showers to rinse off when you get home from the beach. Gandia Beach, which is ideal for visiting all year long, is known for its large expanse of fine golden sand and for its mild winter temperatures. During the summer, there are leisure activities offered at the beach such as aerobics, windsurfing or jet skis. In the vicinity there are other options such as L'Ahuir beach (a very quiet beach), if you like being natural you can visit the nudist beach area, or if you just want to get lost, Rafalcaid is certainly your beach. On Sunday afternoon, you can go to the market, which offers a wide variety of products. Visit Ullal de L'Estany, a nice spring of the Marsh of Gandia, where you can enjoy a nice walk or a picnic. You can also do the Route of the Monasteries, itinerary which connects 5 ancient monasteries, or visit the Ducal Palace in Gandia. The apartment is located near a port and fishing town of Gandia called Grau of Gandia, where you can find our fresh sea products at the fish shops.
