Welcome to this wonderful house, located on the second line of the sea, in Son Veri Nou. It can accommodate 10 people. It offers beautiful exterior areas with artificial lawn, a salt water pool of 5 x 4 m with a depth ranging from 1.3 to 2.1 m, large terraces and four porches. Two of them are fully equipped, and for the lovers of summer open air meals there is a barbecue. The house of 517 m2 is distributed over 3 floors. It has 5 bedrooms; three on the 1st floor, both with a double bed; and two on the ground floor, one with double bed and one with twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and two of them have a en suite bathroom. One cot and a highchair are available on request. In total there are 4 bathrooms; in addition to the two en site bathrooms, there is another one on the 1st floor with bathtub and one toilet on the ground floor. The living-dining room is very cozy and well furnished. It features one large and comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The independent kitchen with vitro stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. There is an oil central heating throughout the whole house. This fantastic villa is located 100 meters from the coastal, rocky area of Son Veri, from where there are fantastic views over the bay of Palma. This area offers a lot of peace and quiet. If you prefer a virgin, white sandy beach, about 40km you will reach the marvelous beach of Es Trenc. If what you want is the bustle of a tourist center, just over 3 km is El Arenal. Here you can enjoy all kinds of entertainment during day and night. It offers plenty of bars, restaurants, live music and discos. If you love water sports, there you can practice activities such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis and more.
