Monday to Friday: 9:30 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 19:00.
Saturday: 9:30 to 13:30.

Please note that a security deposit of EUR 200 in cash is obligatory upon check-in. This amount will be refunded upon check-out provided that no damages are made.

Photo ID for all guests must be presented upon check-in. Should guests arrive outside office opening hours, they must present their ID at the Viajes Beninter office the next day.
