Laredo (/ ləreɪdoʊ / lə-RAY-DOH; Spanish: [laɾeðo]) is the county seat of the county Webb, Texas, USA, located on the northern shore of the Grande Rio in South Texas, across from Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
According to the 2010 census, the city population was 236,191 making it the tenth most populous city in Texas and the third most populous in the United States Mexicane- border after San Diego and El Paso.
