L'Estartit is a small town located on the north coast of Spain on the Costa Brava, between the foot Montgrí Mountain and Mediterranean.

Beautiful landscape of this resort is completed by Medas Islands - Medes in Catalan - which I see about 1.5 km from L'Estartit.

First L'Estartit was a fishing village, but the wave of tourist development on the Costa Brava in the 1960s brought an influx of tourists in this town, which led to increased community and its orientation towards tourism. Today seaside resort offers visitors modern facilities and various accommodations, interesting shopping areas, sports facilities and numerous cultural events - cycling, horse riding, diving, sailing, golf, etc.

In L Estartit can find some special building because architecture, such as Salietti house dating from the early twentieth century and Casas de los American in the late nineteenth century, the diversity on Santa Anna Street. On the same street is Tower Rellotge.
