Part of the Aparthotel Ariel complex, the 3 star Hotel El Chico is situated around 250 metres from the Cala Gran beach in the popular resort of Cala d'or on the southern east coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 60km east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 800 metres from the picturesque Cala d'or marina where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops.Built in 1965 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Hotel El Chico has a total of 45 guest rooms that are built over 3 floors and set amidst almost 2,000mA² of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted bathroom with shower along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for hire and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the garden and pool area.
