This appealing apartment complex affords a peaceful location, by the Montgó mountain chain and around 2.5 km away from the sandy beach, Las Marinas. The centre of Denia, with a diverse range of shops and entertainment venues, is within a few minutes walk (around 1 km away). Restaurant and parking facilities are to be found closer to the complex.

The complex comprises a total of 30 apartments. Facilities on offer include an inviting foyer with a reception desk and a restaurant serving excellent cuisine.

Each of the apartments comes with combined bedroom/ lounge area and en suite bathroom. The comfy apartments additionally comprise satellite/ cable TV. a separate bedroom, a kitchenette with a fridge, a washing machine, a seating area and a balcony or terrace with direct access to the swimming pool.

There is a swimming pool with children's paddling areas available for use in the outdoor complex as well as a sun terrace. Various other water sports are on offer on the beach, around 2.5 km away.
