Welcome to this lovely house for 8 guests on the first sea line with a direct access to the beach in Alcanada The outdoor areas are well-kept and pretty: a spacious garden, 6 sun beds, 2 furnished terraces, BBQ, beatiful sea views and a direct access to the sea. The 170m2-sized house is divided into 3 floors and features 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor (three of them have a double bed and one has two separate beds). A crib and a baby chair can be provided upon request. There are 2 bathrooms with a bath tube (one is on the 1st floor and the other is on the ground floor). A cozy living-dining room is furnished with a comfortable sofa where you can spend quiet hours after the beach watching TV or reading your favourite book. A totally equipped kitchen is equipped with a gas oven and has all the necessary cooking utensils. You will find also a washing machine and an iron with an ironing board. Alcanada is a quiet area which is inhabited by the local people. At the end of it you will find a beautiful beach, beloved by the Majorcan. In front of the beach there is a small island accessible by swimming. Here you will find a lighthouse which gives a special charm to this area. Near the beach there is a famous Alcanada Golf, 18-hole golf course. Some good restaurants and a small supermarket are located here. From Alcanada it's very easy to drive to Port Alcudia. This is a lively town with all kinds of amenities: restaurants, supermarkets, shops and leisure activities. Take a stroll along the board walk in Alcudia and take a house-made ice-cream. This area is famous for its beautiful beaches and coves with a transparant water like Cala de Sant Pere, Platja des Morer Vermell, Platja de la Victòria, Es Coll Baix, among others.
