Private: property 700 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool heated (3 x 7 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, 01.01.-31.12.) with internal staircase. Parking on the premises. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 7 km. Riding stable 4 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Possibility to book an extra room with two beds for two persons plus (total: 10 pax).
