This is a fantastic terraced house with sea views in Sa Marina, in the north of Alcúdia. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The property features a terrace with 2 sun loungers and a furnished porch where you can share unforgettable moments with your loved ones, while contemplating the sea. At the backyard, there is another terrace with barbecue. The one-storey, 114 m2 house has 3 bedrooms with A/C, two with 1 double bed and one with 2 twin beds and 1 shower-bathroom. Furthermore you have access to 1 cot, in case you need one. The bright sitting-dining room with A/C is a lovely place to watch TV (SAT-TV), eat together or just relax. The kitchen is well equipped, including an induction hob. There is 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The quiet fishermen's town Sa Marina is located in the north of Alcúdia. A 5 minutes' drive takes you to the old town of Alcúdia. There you will find everything you need for your stay. Furthermore, the town has lots of interesting spots you can visit: the amphitheatre, the old town wall, the church, the Roman Excavations and the market, which takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. Puerto de Pollença with invitingly cafés and restaurants is also quite close. We recommend you a visit of Formentor (beach and lighthouse). A different way to discover the most northern point of Mallorca is a boat trip. If you rent a car, you can easily get to other beaches like Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, Playa de Formentor or Puerto de Pollença. We also recommend you to visit Cala de Sant Vicente or the old town of Pollença. The Calvary and the Roman Bridge are famous monuments of Pollença. Note: We cannot accept guests less than 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are not allowed.
