Located on a beautiful spot close to the Tramuntana mountains, this rustic villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The property features a chlorine, 9x4.8m swimming pool (depth: 1.3m), sun loungers, a garden with olive and fig trees and a private 88 m2 terrace with BBQ. Guests love the spectacular views over the mountains and the tranquillity. The pool, the access road and the spacious garden are shared with 1 neighbour. This cottage offers accommodation on 105 m2 and 1 floor, which is perfect for 6 people. There are 3 comfy bedrooms with double bed (2 of the bedrooms don't have a window and 1 has no wardrobe). You have access to 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath tub. When entering the building, the first thing you will find is the sitting-dining room with fireplace, books and satellite television. There, you will share unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The property's kitchen is fully-equipped, including a gas stove. Furthermore, you have access to a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, a few fans and a cot, in case you need one. This cottage is located at the foot of the Tramuntana, close to Mancor de la Vall. The area is fantastic for hiking and cycling and we recommend you to explore the routes towards Biniarroi, Lluc or Massanella. Among other things, this area stands out for its enchanting villages like Selva, Biniamar, Caimari and Moscari; the caves of Campanet and the chapels of Santa Lucia and Santa Magdalena. Moreover, Inca, located about 5km away, is known for its leather tradition and, there, you will find all kinds of high quality leather goods. Apart of this, Inca has a great offer of shops and restaurants. Note: This property's rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services.
