El exterior de los apartamentos cuenta con jardines y un solárium con hamacas y jacuzzi, junto con una piscina climatizada con cubierta retráctil. También disponen de gimnasio, sauna (10¬/hora), pista de pádel (60¬ por dos horas), parque infantil, salón de televisión y aparcamiento privado gratuito.
