This apartment complex is situated approximately 600 m from Las Rotas Beach. The centre of Denia with its variety of shops, bars and restaurants lies just 1 km away. The hotel is well situated for access to the public transport network with links located just 100 m from the hotel.

This 2-part complex (Oasis Beach and Tropicana Park) has a reception desk (use of a safe is possible) and gardens of approximately 600 m² in size. A car park is available for use by those guests arriving at the hotel by car.

The apartments each come with an en suite bathroom, a lounge area, a kitchenette and a balcony/ terrace. Additional facilities include a fridge, central heating and a safe. The rooms are cleaned after they have been vacated by the guests.
