This is a lovely chalet in Puerto de Alcúdia, only 500 meters away from the sand beach. It is just perfect for 6 people. Welcome! The two-storey house has a size of 140 m2 and 3 bedrooms, two of them equipped with double beds and A/C and the other/third with 2 twin beds and a ventilator. Two bedrooms have windows with garden view. There are 2 bathrooms, one bath tub and the other with shower. The comfy sitting-dining room with A/C is a nice place to have a nap, surf the internet (WIFI), watch television (SAT-TV) or have meals together. The kitchen is equipped with all important cooking utensils and appliances. The 30 m2 terrace is perfect for a large breakfast. There are 2 sun loungers in the garden. In the backyard of the house, there's another terrace with a BBQ. You can park one car on the 400 m2 plot. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you can park it for free on the street in front of the house. The accommodation is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The sand beach and the clear waters, supermarkets, restaurants and the bus stop are within walking distance. The beach is perfect for toddlers, because the swell is moderate. A car is not essential, because you can walk or take the bus. During the high season, the bus leaves every 15 minutes for Alcúdia historic town, Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or Can Picafort. Puerto de Alcúdia has a wide range of leisure activities, restaurants and shops. Take a long stroll on the promenade, try homemade ice cream, make a boat trip to Formentor, and visit the market that takes place in the evening. Furthermore, we recommend you to visit the historic town of Alcúdia with its city wall, the Romanic ruins and the nice amphitheatre. The local market takes place every Tuesday and Sunday. Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service.
