This hotel is located between Sigüenza and Atienza. The area features a number of preserved salt mines dating back to Roman times which were some of the most important in Spain. The town is presided over by a magnificent Renaissance church from the 15th century, and above the town the Llano de las Simas, with its forest of virgen holm oaks, offers the hiker a spectacular view at dusk over the salt mines.

The building which now houses the hotel has been Imón's most important structure since the 17th century. It is an enormous mansion with thick walls of hewn stone and masonry work and surprisingly classical interiors. This charming, historic spa hotel comprises a total of 13 rooms including 1 suite, as well as a garden and a terrace. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby, hotel safe, currency exchange facility, café and a restaurant. Guests may also take advantage of the conference facilities, WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services and bicycle hire.

All the rooms feature classically decorated interiors, each unique in design, and all are furnished with antiques which may also be purchased. They come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer and offer a king-size or double bed. Accommodation units are also equipped with a direct dial telephone, a TV, Internet access, a safe and a minibar. Furthermore, individually adjustable air conditioning and centrally regulated heating are provided in all accommodation as standard and all rooms feature either a balcony or a terrace.
