There is a fixed barbecue and a wood oven ideal for cooking outdoors. The outdoor spaces have a paved area of 100 m2 and a lawn with a vegetable garden of 35 m2. There is a slide for the little kids. The privacy is total and there are two parking spaces. The living-dining room, with fireplace and air conditioning, is the perfect place for relaxing while watching satellite TV, listening to music or reading. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas cooker. The laundry area is separate and has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms: two twin’ and one double.
