About Costa del Silencio - presentation, information, photos and recommendations
It has a great beach, but beach within walking distance of Las Galletas neighbor, and is also very close to the hugely popular Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos.
Costa del Silencio tends to live up to its name and is much quieter and more relaxed than other resorts, but still has a number of bars, shops and restaurants - just do not go expecting dance clubs massive and all entertainment night.
The temperature seldom falls below 15 ° during the winter and in the summer it is about 30 °. Being on the south means that water temperatures are warm, too, which is good for people interested in trying out water sports such as diving and snorkelling.
There is a bus service to Playa de Las Americas, which leaves every 30 minutes, if you are looking for a big night out or to go shopping and the Costa Del Silencio is also tennis courts, squash courts, mini golf and swimming for all these sports enthusiasts.
