Es Cana is a small resort picture postcard on the east coast of Ibiza. It's a pretty relaxed place, with a small working harbor overlooked by a group of white houses and seaside restaurants.
Evenings here revolves around the lively bars - although the real buzz comes from the famous hippie market weekly.
Es Cana definitely make sitting easier - has one of the longest beaches on Ibiza. It is a crescent-shaped portion, which offers about 300 meters of golden sand, all backed by pine trees. But there are all the usual watersports, also from banana boats to parasailing, for when you want to pick up the pace.
Ibiza is famous for its hippie markets - the original one from Es Cana is a real institution. The place is packed with stalls selling colorful kaftans, ethnic jewelry and incense sticks. It doubles as an entertainment center as well as improvisation, because drummers and didgeridoo players who perform here.
