About Playa de Mogan - presentation, information, photos and recommendations
This is a magic combination of a fishing village with its port authentic and colorful and a tourism development focused quality around a lovely port, known as La Pequeña Venecia (small Venice), with construction to beautiful houses with two or all three floors covered with colorful flowers Buganvilla. In small restaurants you will enjoy the best fresh fish dishes accompanied with Papas arrugadas with Mojo (special Canary potatoes with mojo sauce) and the delicious wine Canary Islands.
The village has a little beach very protected that is ideal for swimming and for families and beyond doubt offers the best weather on the island (and probably the world).
Puerto de Mogan's interesting attractions are the "Yellow Submarine" which offers visitors the opportunity to explore the spectacular underwater life of the region and its colorful market on Friday mornings.
Playa de Mogan | For those looking for something more exclusive and genuine we recommend Puerto de Mogán. In the south-west of the island, after taking the coastal road that runs on the spectacular cliffs over the blue Atlantic we get to this quiet and wonderful enclave
far from the noisy tourist areas of the island
