Burgos is a nice city, lively, medium sized, centrally-located in northern Spain in the region of Castilla - León.

Burgos is known worldwide for its cultural heritage, monumental and artistic. Burgos enjoys a privileged geographical position, located halfway between Madrid and the border with France, being close to cities such as Bilbao, Santander, Logroño and Valladolid. For this reason it is well connected to the rest of Spain which has a strategic value to industry in Burgos, which is varied and dynamic and is characterized by companies of European level and worldwide.

Cathedral - inspired by the cathedral of Bourges, built in Gothic style. The most important church in the region, many pilgrims come here to pray. Inside the tomb is found hero El Cid, the legendary figure and national symbol of Spain.

Las Huelgas Monastery - founded by Alfonso VIII, has a rather small museum.

El Rey Hospital - was built by Alfonso VIII in the same pilgrims who passed through here on their way to Santiago.

Casa El Cordon - here in this building than five centuries of Spanish monarchs have received Columbus on his return from the second trip.
