The nearest links to the public transport network are just 300 m away and it is 2 km to the nearest nightclub and 5 km to Garrucha and its shops. Attractions in the surrounding area including the Cuevas de Sorbas (50 km) and a theme park which is 60 km away. They lie in the region of Vera, 91 km from Almeria.

The apartments are inspired both inside and out by the Alhambra in Granada and feature warm, red colours and pointed arches, in the Mozarabic style or with sebka lattice work. The apartment hotel comprises a total of 5 apartments, a terrace and a garden. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include parking and bicycle hire (both for an additional fee). The younger guests can let off steam in the children's playground.
