Includes a washing machine and dishwasher.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

Check-out: until 11:00 AM. After this time, an extra nights stay will be charged.

24-hour reception is available at the Holiday World Riwo hotel, next to Casamaia Apartments.

Casamaia Apartments does not include restaurant services. Guests can book at the resorts various restaurants (subject to availability and at an additional cost).

A credit card number will be requested upon arrival, and a deposit will be held upon request. It will be refunded within 48 hours of departure. The full deposit will not be accepted in cash. In the event of damage, dirt, or loss in the apartment and/or facilities, the credit card will be charged the equivalent of the damage caused. The apartment must be in the same condition as on the day of key collection.

Free cleaning service will be provided after the fourth night of your stay (including a change of towels and sheets. Kitchen and kitchenware cleaning is not included). Guests can request an additional cleaning and/or towel change service for an additional charge.
