The office is open:
10:00 - 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday
10:00 to 14:00 Saturday

In July and August the office is open:
10:00 - 20:00 Monday to Saturday.
10:00 - 18:00 Sunday

If you arrive outside of these hours your keys will be left in the key safe, which can be found on the left hand side of the Resort Choice office.

To access the keys you will need to enter the last 4 digits of your booking confirmation number. Turn the handle clockwise to open. Inside the key safe, please look for the envelope with your name. Inside the envelope will be directions to the property and the keys. Please remember to close the door and turn the handle back anti-clockwise once finished.

In order to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will charge a deposit to the credit card provided during the booking process. This will be fully refunded once the condition of the apartment has been approved.
