Roses is one of the oldest towns Catalan, located on the Costa Brava, 30 km from the border with France.
Roses is situated at the northern end of the bay with the same name and although in the last 40 years tourism development took off, remained quiet and relaxing resort, retaining much of its original charm.
One advantage of this destination is the location near two major reservations: Cap de Creus Peninsula, where there are unique plant and animal species, and the Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls of L'Emporda, with salt lakes, sand dunes and fields of cane.
