A master suite with bathroom, shower and bath, opens to the sea and the main terrace. The other double bedroom with twin beds and direct access to the second bathroom with shower, opens onto the living room. A hall and a kitchen complete the main floor. Top climbing a spiral staircase, is the domain of the painter ... There is a third room that has been enabled in the old painting studio, bohemian, colorful and unusual hiding. Another private terrace offers a new horizon for guests. In addition there is a toilet, sink where the washer hide, dryer and iron are at your disposal. The house has a communal pool and gardens ideal for children. It is ideally located next to the marina, restaurants and bars for a few shortcuts and a few minutes walk from the village of Sitges also two of the main sandy beaches are less than 300 meters from the house.
