Welcome to this wonderful villa with private access to the sea in Playas de Muro. It is prepared for 10 persons + 2 extra. The fabulous outdoor area counts with a huge green area with trees. Breathe the mediterranean athmosphere, relaxing on one of the 6 sun loungers. There is a 20m2 porch with a table and 4 chairs, as well as an 80m2 fully-furnished porch with a large table with enough chairs to enjoy long evenings with friends and family. At th 1st floor, you will find a big, unfurnished terrace with stairs leading down to the garden. The 500m2 2-storey house counts with 5 bedrooms, all on the first floor: 4 with a double bed (one of them with an en-suite bath room with a bath tub) and 1 with two individual beds. All bedrooms count with a wardrobe. There is a possibility for 2 extra persons to sleep on two individual folding beds. On request, there are two baby beds and a highchair available. There are three bathrooms for general use: 1 on the ground floor with a shower and 2 on the 1st floor (1 with a bath tub and 1 guest room). The entrance of the house is spectacular: a huge hall with a wide marble staircase and decorated with beautiful green plants. On the ground floor, you will find the spatious living- and dining room, with it's huge dining table and enough chairs for the whole family. The living room counts with sofas and arm chairs, as well as a television. On the 1st floor, there is another furnished living room. The independent kitchen works with gas and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect family dinner. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A small path leads from the house to the beach. The fine, white sandy beach of Alcúdia covers quite a few kilometres, all the way from the harbour of Alcúdia to Can Picafort. Nearby, you will find the beach of Playa dels Capellans, where you can enjoy a paella or a cocktail in any of the well-known beach bars, while watching the sundawn.
