On 4 sun loungers you can sunbathe in a quiet and rural setting, overlooking the mountains and green meadows. Under the shade of an old pine you can prepare a family barbecue. A large terrace stands out for many antient details, like an old car. The plot is fenced and the property has no direct neighbors.The interior style of this two-storey house is typical Majorcan and at the same time comfortable and cozy. A hall gives an access to the living room with satellite TV which is decorated with many details that give the room a special character. The kitchen with a gas stove still retains an old fireplace and offer you a modern equipment. The television here has local channels. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.Four comfortable double bedrooms, all with wardrobe and fan, invite you to rest after a beach or pool day. For our small guests we prepare a cot and a high chair on request. This house features two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with shower and bathtub. Bunyola is located in the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana near the Son Termens golf course and Palma de Mallorca capital. Nature lovers can go on bike trips or explore beautiful trails like Salt d'Es Freu in Orient or Sa Gubia. In Palma there is a great offer of leisure, culture and gastronomy apart from many shops. The most famous monument is La Seu Cathedral which is about 20 km from the house. The next sandy beach is called El Molinar. By car it is easy to get to Playa de Palma and to the mountain bays like Sant Elm or Cala Banyalbufar.NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November).
