This cosy 2-storey house has 150 m2 and it is ideal for couples or little families. There are two rooms with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The house has a living-dining room with fire place and a comfy sofa where you will be able to use WIFI, watch satellite TV, listening to music or just have a little ‘siesta'. In addition, there is a table with chairs for all guests. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: electric oven, gas stove, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and a lot more. The outdoor spaces of the house are really beautiful; the whole plot has 35000 m2. The 50 m2 terrace is decorated with Mediterranean trees and there is a table with chairs for summer meals. There is a sunshade for summer days. This lovely cottage is located within the limits of Serra de Tramuntana, UNESCO World Heritage Site. The area is very quiet and it is the perfect place for adventure lovers that want to spend their times hiking, cycling, etc. all year long. If you prefer other kind of sports, the Golf Club Pollença is only 1.5 km away. Pollença is just 3.7 km far away and is one of the most beautiful villages in northern Mallorca. It was one of the favourite places for painters and artists to settle in the island. Pollença invites you enjoying summer nights with its history, narrow streets and old traditions. There are also concerts around town, art exhibitions, bars, shops and restaurants in the main square with open air terraces that are always bustling. The most well-known sightseeing spots in Pollença are the roman bridge and the Calvari, which is a tiny church on the top of a hill in the middle of Pollença.
