This 280 m2 house, distributed over two levels, has three bedrooms: two on the ground floor (one triple, with a double bed and a single bed, and one double), which share the same bathroom with bath; and one double on the first floor with satellite TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating. Two cots and a folding guest bed are available on request. The spacious and welcoming living room has two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, a fireplace, a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped and has a gas cooker. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
