Customers have to contact us (regardless of arrival time) by phone 96 585 7060 or by email info@beninter.com to confirm the reservation and receive instructions for collecting the keys.
Keys are collected at the Beninter office, Calle Ibiza 6, Benidorm, Tel. (34) 965857060. (Hours from 09:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 04:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m ). If they arrive outside office hours, we will leave the keys in a safe next to our office and send the code to open it by SMS.The deposit is paid by credit card, one week before arrival we will send a link to the bank BBVA (Redsys.es) for the payment of the deposit of 200 €. The refund will be made on the same credit card of th e charge no later than 7 days after departure, if there is no incident.
