For your garden parties there is a BBQ, a table and seats . The chlorine water pool invites you to take a refreshing dip. Are you a sun lover? Sure you will enjoy sunbathing by the pool enjoying the fantastic panoramic views. There are two sun shades and ten sun loungers available. There's a ping-pong table where you can challenge your friends and family. This charming villa counts with five bedrooms, ideal for families with children or groups of friends of 8 pax. Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs, two of them come with 2 single beds each and the other one is fitted with a double bed and also has an en suite bathroom with bath tub. This bedroom is special because there is direct access to a terrace. Another bedroom has a trundle bed and this room has on total privacy. There is another bathroom upstairs with bath tub too. If you go downstairs you will find another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath tub. All bedrooms come with air conditioning. The idyllic front terrace offers fantastic panoramic views over the countryside. Enter in the ample living room which is equipped with three comfortable sofas. Spend your time surfing on the internet (WIFI), watch Astra TV (primarily channels in German, only a few in English and French) or a film with the DVD player. The adjoining dining room comes with a big table and seats for ten people. The kitchen counts with everything you will need for your holidays: a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, a fridge and much more. Of course there is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
