This is a wonderful house in the countryside with a fantastic swimming pool and a lovely garden. It is a charming house made of stone and it has all the comforts to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. The house is separated in 2 buildings. The main one has 2 floors and there you will find 4 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and the living room. In this main building there is a large porch where you will be able to celebrate summer dinners with your friends or family. In front of it, you will find the barbeque area, where you will as well find a traditional oven, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room. Next to the barbeque area you will find the swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace where you can have your breakfasts or a snack in the afternoon. The barbeque building becomes a very important place of the house, so our guests tend to spend most of their time there! The pool is very special: its design is unique and highlights the beauty of the whole place. It has a wáter jet where you can massage and an integrated Jacuzzi. The pool is designed so there is one side with a minimum depth and it increases as we move to the other side, so children can enjoy the pool as well, always under parents' vigilance. In the garden there is a big lawn area with a mix of exotic trees and some centenary olive trees, which configures a very well-kept modern garden. There is as well a vegetable garden and fruit trees, so you will be able to enjoy if it's the right season. The house is very well connected – you will be able to get to the nearest town in a few minutes by car. There you will find all kind of services and a weekly local market on Thursdays. The plot is surrounded by lots of rural paths where you can hike, cycle or do long strolls. You can climb Puig de Santa Magdalena where there is a little chapel, a viewpoint from where you can see the whole island and a restaurant to have some lunch and keep you going.
