This incredible hidden area Aiguadolç house offers guests a wealth of detail for a dream vacation! On the first floor of this house are fully equipped with all necessary appliances, a living room with fireplace and sea opens its private terrace and a toilet. On the ground floor are the bedrooms. A double bed, one with bunk beds king size 1.00 X 2.00, and a suite with double bed. Also open to the sun, office offers two single beds if needed, so that the house can accommodate 8 people with no problem. A full bath is added to the suite.- The must of this house is undoubtedly its roof to which access by a spiral staircase from the dining terrace. In this area, has enabled the enjoyment of their guests, a summer lounge, a relaxation area and sun, and a fantastic summer dining area with own kitchen, barbecue and table for all guests. All this with fabulous to enjoy the sunrise or sunset in Sitges is espectacular..o for which will be lucky to coincide with the festival of the people in late August, the wonderful fireworks launched from the beach views near the Church ... Besides the small community of neighbors offers a swimming pool and communal green area. A luxury house recommended to enjoy the majestic tranquility of the sea and the people. We do not recommend this house for children younger than 8 years as well as people with disabilities, for access to the roof and above all openings to the sea terraces and their views. This house is 2 minutes walk from the beach Balmins, 10 walk from the beach in San Sebastian and the streets of the town and close to the direct access to the marina of Aiguadolç and its wonderful selection of restaurants.
