The main residence has 300 m2 and is accessed by passing through a large Arabic gate into an open hall. There you will be greeted by a spacious living room alongside a modern and well-equipped open kitchen. The dining area offers capacity for 12 people under an incredible glass dome celling, where you can enjoy the starry sky at night. In addition, it offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite
The plot is 3 000 m2 and consists of beautiful landscaped gardens with plants, trees, land a large lawn with a swimming pool, barbecue area and several terraces. The outdoor chill out contains a fully equipped bar, shower, toilet and laundry room. At the entrance to the estate there is an annex with an additional double room.
