The hotel is 5.6 km from the historic centre of Ronda, famed for its amazing gorge and Arabic architecture. It is 110 km from Jerez, Cadiz, Seville and coastal resorts on the Costa del Sol and Costa de la Luz, making it a perfect location from which to explore the area. The beach at Marbella is around 50 km away and the Zahara Lake is some 10 km away. Grazalema Natural Park is roughly 30 km from the hotel. Málaga Airport is around 70 km away.
This hotel is located in a 17th century olive and flour mill which has been converted into a beautiful country residence set in stunning landscaped gardens scented with fruit trees. It offers a total of 10 rooms. Facilities at this charming air-conditioned establishment include a lobby, hotel safe, lift access to the upper floor, a TV lounge, café, restaurant, Internet access, a car park and bicycle storage.
The rooms are elegantly decorated and all have a view of the river or pool. Amenities include wireless Internet access and satellite TV, king-size beds, central heating and a balcony or terrace. The en suite bathroom has a shower, bath and hairdryer as standard. The superior rooms have quirky bathrooms with spa baths or handmade Moroccan baths.
The hotel has a lovely outdoor swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Guests can also enjoy a game of table tennis. Massages are available on request (for a fee).

Upon reaching Ronda, at the large traffic junction with traffic lights, take the A374 Sevilla road around Ronda. Follow this for 7 km until coming to a large white hotel on the right called the Don Benito. Keep to the right on the slip road. At the end of the hedge of the hotel's property, turn right (signs for Fuente la Higuera). Follow this road for about 400 m to find the car park entrance just on the bend with a large flag.
