Welcome to this charming apartment for 6+1 guests in a residential complex near the beach in Playa de Gandia The apartment features nice community areas: a chlorinated 11x6m pool with a depth range of 1-2m, a 0,6m-deep children pool, two terarces, on eof which is furnished. A 70m2-sized apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the building without elevator and features 3 bedrooms (an air-conditioned double bedroom and 2 twins). An extra guest can sleep on the single sofa-bed. A crib and a baby chair can be provided upon request. There are two bathrooms: one is with bath tube and the other is with shower. A living-dining room is a cozy place which shares the same room. Here you can watch television or rest after a sunny day on a comfortable sofa. A kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and all necessary utensils needed to cook a delicious meal. You will find also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Each year season is perfect to visit Playa de Gandia with its 7km long sandy beach. Here you can enjoy La Platja del Nord with plenty of restaurants and activities or virgin Platja de L'Ahuir. If you like nature, do not miss the Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that feed the marsh of Gandia. Its fresh water comes from the nearby mountains and emerges from the ground next to the Alqueria del Duc. You can also enjoy the Route of the Monasteries, a tourist route that runs through the central regions of Valencia joining five former convents or monasteries, and also visit the Ducal Palace. And, if you still has time to enjoy Valencia, you can get to the most important and modern area of Valencia where you will find the Museum of Arts and Sciences or the best amusement park in Benidorm, Terra Mitica. NOTE: We do not accept youth groups under 28 years for this house. Families and couples alone are welcome. We will need copies of all passports.
