This wonderful apartment for 6 people is located in Can Picafort and it is only a few meters away from the fine grained sand beach. The balcony is ideal for a coffee in the morning and has partial sea views. This 82 m2 property is located on the second floor without elevator and offer three bedrooms, two with one double bed each and one with two single beds. There is a bathroom with bath tub. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you'll need them. The invitingly sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV with a few English channels is a nice corner to relax and have dinner together. Additionally, we can supply fans on request. The kitchen with vitro hob is fully-equipped and there is also a washing machine an iron and an ironing board. Can Picafort is a coastal town and is known for its fine grained, beautiful sand beach. The beach is perfect for families with toddlers and the swell is moderate. Furthermore, you can rent sun beds and sun umbrellas there. The sea promenade is ideal for long strolls or having a good cocktail while contemplating the Mediterranean. The children will enjoy on the playgrounds. On Friday takes place the local market of Can Picafort where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the farmers. A nice idea is also a boat trip to Formentor or Cap Pinar. A car is not necessary, as you will find all necessary services in walking distance. During the summer season, there is a bus going every 15 minutes towards Alcudia and Puerto de Pollensa. In the old town of Alcudia you can visit interesting spots like the amphitheatre, the Roman excavations and the town wall. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Note: This property's rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use.
