If what you're looking for a quiet place to rest a few steps from the bustle of Sitges place, VILLA RIERA is your home. This 3 storey villa, completely renovated recently, offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms bathroom and toilet, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue area, a chill out area and a play area for children. Two large rooms each independently, creating two completely different environments and welcoming provide privacy if there are children. On the main floor are the guest toilet, kitchen and living room for a first winter with access to spaces and corners very well distributed. On the first floor two double bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other is located with bunk beds and a bathroom. Also is the suite with private bath, composed double bed, TV and air conditioning. On the ground floor with direct access to the garden we have the second TV lounge and space the fourth room with sofa bed. The whole house has mosquito screens installed for the welfare of guests as well as blinds power. An area has been carefully outfitted with a table suitable for 8 people dining air free, with barbecue and summer dining and features a refrigerator and freezer next to the enjoyment of the summer. The house has wifi, has been tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts for a very pleasant stay. It provides bicycles for rides tenants, is located a few meters from the beach walk or bikes but in a very quiet area of Sitges. It offers all the enjoyment of the people being very close knowing remain calm and sought privacy during a stay with friends or family. Strongly recommended for families and / or couples.
