These magnificent villas enjoy a tranquil setting in Las Coloradas in Playa Blanca, just 600 m from the beach and nearest supermarket. The town centre is just 3.5 km away, with its restaurants, bars, shops and nightspots.
Built in 2007, these villas offer a total of 15 rooms as well as a garden and a terrace. Facilities on offer to guests include a safe and parking.
Each villa enjoys wonderful sea views and comes beautifully furnished. They consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of which is en suite) with shower/bathtub and a lounge/dining room with individually adjustable air conditioning and heating (also available in the en suite bedroom). The high-quality amenities include satellite TV, a radio, a video player and a safe. The fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with a microwave, an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle and a double fridge. Furthermore, a delightful terrace with a BBQ area is provided as standard.
The villas feature a private, heated, open-air swimming pool (7x3 m) and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
On leaving the airport, guests should follow the highway in the direction of Yaiza. After arriving in the town of Yaiza, follow signs to Playa Blanca for about 15 minutes. On arriving at the petrol station, continue straight until reaching the centre of Playa Blanca. Go over the roundabout and continue straight on, then take the next right. Continue until the small roundabout with a sign for the Iberostar Papagayo on the right - take the 3rd exit. Carry on to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit, turn right and continue until the villas come into view. Guests should park in the space allocated to their number villa.
