Welcome! This is a house located in the old town of Pollença, just a few meters from the central square, and will make your holiday an unforgettable experience! This is a traditional Majorcan 2- storey house. There is a double room with two single beds and another room with a double bed. There is only AC in the living room, but we can provide you with fans for the bedrooms if you need them. The living room has a comfortable sofa where you will be able to relax watching TV or a DVD! In the kitchen you will find everything you might need during your holiday: coffee machine, toaster, microwave, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer and a lot more. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs where you can organize dinners with friends and family. On the ground floor, there is an open space with sofas, which is perfect to relax, read a book or take a siesta. Of course, you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. The surroundings of the house are beautiful, with a lovely rustic style. Pollença is one of the most beautiful villages in northern Mallorca. It was one of the favourite places for painters and artists to settle in the island. Pollença invites you enjoying summer nights with its history, narrow streets and old traditions, there are also concerts around town, art exhibitions, bars, shops and restaurants in the main square with open air terraces that are always bustling. The most well-known sightseeing spots in Pollença are the roman bridge and the Calvari, which is a tiny church on the top of a hill in the middle of Pollença. You have to climb up 365 steps to get there but the views are really worth it! In a 15 minute drive you can quickly get to the beaches of Port de Pollença, Cala Sant Vicens and Formentor. All those are fine grained sand beaches with crystal clear waters and not really deep waters, what make them perfect for children. You can also join many sports and activities such as sailing, kayaking, diving or fishing.
